Had a week at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were wonderful and helpful. On a bus route. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just the place to explore from. Nice and relaxed, quiet and friendly Thanks and all the best from Brendan J Hynes

Clean and centrally located it's convenient for a short trip. However, a hotel in which a reception does not exist after 10:30pm, rooms are extremely small even to fit 2 pieces of luggage, mini fridge quite noisy and staff non English speaking (!) probably does not qualify as a four star...

Esperienza molto positiva Titolari disponibili, camera con vista mare, silenziosa e quotidianamente ordinata con cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani. Colazione abbondante e con ciambelle squisite preparate dalla sig, Elisa. Posizione strategica dell’hotel a pochi passi dallo stazionamento degli autobus, dalla stazione è vicinissimo al centro. Nonostante non avessimo l’auto ci siamo Spostati con facilità Visitando tutte le attrazioni. Abbiamo Potuto visitare anche Noto con il servizio interbus 14,40 € A persona andata e ritorno. Esperienza da consigliare

Este es un hotel bastante cercano a la estación de trenes. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia, al igual que el baño. Había un hervidor eléctrico, té, café y tazas para servirse. El desayuno fue excelente, de tipo autoservicio, situado en la planta superior, al lado de una terraza descubierta con notables vistas a la ciudad y al Mar Mediterráneo. El gran problema fue en la noche, después de las 11:00 pm, cuando un grupo bullicioso comenzó a hacer ruidos molestos y risotadas en los pasillos y en las habitaciones, y al parecer no había nadie en recepción que les llamara la atención.

Hotel è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino al centro che è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, camere pulitissime e staff sempre disponibile e sorridente. Bellissima la terrazza dove si svolge la colazione

Hotel con posizione centrale, è davvero molto comodo spostarsi a piedi per il centro della città soprattutto se in gita, personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Camere pulitissime, sono molto soddisfatta

La mia esperienza di soggiorno presso l’Hotel Centrale di Siracusa ha deluso le mie aspettative: le 4 stelle dell’hotel non hanno trovato riscontro nella qualità-prezzo dei servizi offerti. Partendo dal cibo, questo lascia molto a desiderare in quanto la scelta (soprattutto a colazione) è molto ristretta (non ci sono cibi salati, per esempio) e a cena ci hanno anche offerto cibi surgelati (come cordonbleu) che, a mio giudizio, sono un disonore per il nome della Sicilia. Tuttavia, non posso dare solo una stella per il personale in quanto, anche se si avvale di due soli collaboratori, è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. Non raccomanderei questo hotel, soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi, grazie mille per l’attenzione.

Buona posizione, personale gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo soggiornato per una gita scolastica, le camere erano molto pulite e la colazione davvero ottima

Ma non in positivo, mia figlia ha dovuto comprarsi fuori qualcosa da mangiare e fare uno spuntino dopo cena in camera, pessimo menù studenti con dolci da supermercato come ciliegina. Nella camera quadrupla dovevano aprire le valigie a turno sui letti altrimenti non c'era posto... Chicca finale: in bagno non c'era nemmeno il bidet.. con 4 ragazze nella stessa camera
