The view from the room is superb, although room size is small but everything was good and worth for it. The location is easy accessible by walking distance from Clarke Quay or from Fort Canning MRT. Front desk staffs are very friendly. Room is clean. Decoration for Christmas in the hotel makes us feel bright and cheery. Love this hotel and sure will book again this hotel on next visit.

Location at Orahard area, very good for tourist near mrt station also. Comfortable room, a bit noise can hear the voices from next door. Parking fee $10 per day.

Overall the room was ok,the room size small 205, Can say the cleanliness good,only the kettle dirty and really obvious the kettle smells like was wipe used the dirty clothes,some more the kettle got dirty stains then I wipe used wet tissue the dirty was removed..remember to bring more drinks water bottles they only provide FOC maximum 2 bottles/days..

I have never stayed in such a small room for the price across the 10 countries I have visited. This room consists of a mattress on the floor in about a 6ft x 6ft space. It has a kettle/jug with a cup and 1 tea bag supplied, I hate tea so was not impressed that they didn't even have a simple coffee sachet included, especially for the price of the room. I don't know how the bathroom passed building regulations when you cannot sit on the toilet due to it being turned sideways and 6 inches from the wall, prepare to ride side-saddle if you want to use it. I am only a slim person, so if you are not a slim person you will have great difficulty in using the toilet or even having a shower. I tried to take photos of the bathroom but it is just so small I had trouble doing that. They have escalators that do not work, so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. They need to invest in a vacuum cleaner and a broom because you can see the floors throughout the hotel are not vacuumed and the entry foyer is not swept. It really looks like the owners don't care anymore, and are just maximizing their profits from tourists That is the impression I got, especially when there was a family demanding a refund and not happy with the hotel. If it wasn't for the above issues, this place would have got a better rating from me, but a hotel that is diminishing with no money being spent on it will always turn into something people do not rate well. I would never stay again simply due to the bathroom being so small with a toilet you have to sit sideways on to use, and escalators that do not function forcing one to have to climb the escalator stair with their luggage.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, very close to MRT (Maxwell MRT), the food center (Maxwell food center - where there are lots of good food) & Buddha Tooth Relic Temple (where I can go praying early in the morning). Facilities very new and clean. Very comfy bed & kitchen has microwave to reheat the food I bought

I stayed this hotel for 3 times already, because of the good location. Near MRT bugis, walkable for 5 mins. And near to Haji Lane , walkable for around 10 minutes. And this area have a lot of restaurants that you no need to worry about your tummy. But I checkin every time, got every different room. The first time is very spacious room, i can even put 2 big luggage & has big toilet room too. The 2nd times is bit smaller but still okay, the 3rd times, my god it’s so so small, even the shower room i can’t really moving inside hahahha not sure because this room is promotion so i got very small one or what. Next time will choose the standard price better.

Much better than the Ibis and the Hotel 81 chain hotels. Had clean swimming pool on rooftop. Had spacious lobby. Can leave your stuff even after checking out. Cold and hot water server on lobby.

Frequent stayer at this hotel, very relax hotel, boost up the vibes in you after a good night stay. Superb breakfast at the poolside Resto.👍

Overall, despite its old furniture, I like the hotel. However there are some rooms that are smaller especially those with xx9 ending. However since there were any rooms available, they fulfilled my request to change the room. If you ride MRT, you can stop at Havelock to reach the hotel. I love the location since it is not too crowded but still near to some facilities.

The common toilet is clean and spacious. The self check in system is good and just a digital key in the phone is required. The location is great with 2 mins walk to maxwell food center. 2 mins walk to maxwell mrt station and 5 mins walk to Chinatown mrt station
