預訂過多次了，這次前台小哥哥很帥氣的給我一間大一點的房間，很感謝。因為嚴重失眠會偶爾去酒店嘗試深度睡眠，所以如果經常可以收到善意的服務會很開心。

酒店地理方置十分方便；就在lavander的mrt station樓上；旁邊有不少餐廳。價錢亦都相對便宜

Don’t expect higher quality but very easy to use MTR / BUS. And a lot shop ( Macdonald, Burger kibg, Toast box, CVS and local market, restaurant, etc) are near. But almost facilities are old and not clean. But cheaper is best point. Almost crews are so kind.

The hotel is at an excellent location, right above the Lavender MRT station. It promotes itself as a 4 star hotel but the services are really short of it. I struggle to justify more than two stars in a hotel where the rooms are not big enough to put your suitcase on the floor, the hot water isn't available most of the time, the corridors has a very strong smell of ammonia, and the A/C system is broken. Particularly the latter is very unpleasant when you realise that you can't adjust the temperature. Even if you set it on 26 degrees, it keeps getting colder, the temperature is dropping to 15, until you decide to just switch it off. Really uncomfortable place

Great location, easy to travel around MRT destination, easy to get food and minimart. Around the hotel area and MRT station had food court, minimart, restaurants.
Inside the hotel's room is clean and nice, but outside need a bit to improve. Best location, recommended.

If I go to Singapore, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Very recommended, friendly service, can check in before check-in time, very strategic location, next to the MRT, under a lot of snacks, big and luxurious hotel

Perfect stay here
I like the bed and pillow most, felt so comfy
Room was cleaned everyday , great! Maid!
Location is the best!! @ lavender station and street food pop up around!!
Air con is good
View is nice I love it!!
Only one thing you should concern is about the hot water inside your shower room
Sometime it s all time hot water !!! Be sure your body is not boiled!! lol

The location is excellence. Its good for traveller with luggage because the hotel is right at MRT station and elevator.
