The rooms are outdated and quite dirty. Had to change the room in the middle of the night because the water started to pour down from the bathroom ceiling. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, even though it happened after the midnight, he dealt with the issue fast.

Generally a positive stay. The best thing is the swimming pool. The worst thing is that the water in the shower is not very hot.

We stayed for 3 nights, the location is good and all its amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. You need to buy extra food or drinks to keep in your room just in case you feel hungry during midnight because 7 eleven is at least 10 to 15 minutes to walk. Metro and busses are just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Highly recommend to traveller's.

Would be good if they could provide us with a pair of slippers and a box of facial tissue in the room. Otherwise it is a very quiet and clean room with good reading lights if one would like to do some reading.

The hotel is a little bit old, But cleaness level is good, Also the swimming pool is great! Only issue for me is probably my room was a little bit far away Where the layer's router located, Internet was not good... The location is great, very close to Stevens MRT station.

We arrived around midnight for check in and requested for slightly late checkout. The reception staff was nice enough to allow us to check out at 12:50pm. However the nightmare started at 1215pm, we were still asleep as my alarm supposed to ring at 12:25, we were shocked woke up by the door knocking and then suddenly someone on the room lights. That staff entered our room and realized we were still in the room , then she went out. We both immediately gotten up and went for shower. The door knocking started again, however we both in shower and not able to go out immediately. I heard the staff opened our room door and I quickly lock the toilet door and told the staff we are checking out in a few minutes. The staff replied “ok” and went out. I quickly finished showering within 5 minutes and by the time I went out of toilet, someone knocking the door loudly again. I checked my watch , it was 12:30. I told the staff we will be checking out soon as my boyfriend still in the toilet. The staff said ok and left. I rushed my boyfriend to quickly pack the stuff as I was totally exhausted with the door bell and knocking sound. A few minutes later, the loud door knocking came again. My boyfriend opened the door and say one house keeping staff and another “ prison officer” standing at our door and rudely asking us to leave and said we supposed to check out at 12noon. My boyfriend told that “ prison officer” we supposed to check out at 1250pm. The “ prison officer “ asked us rudely “ who told you that ? “ . We told him we requested late check out and the night reception staff agreed on it. Then the “prison officer “ left angrily and said he will check on it again. We left the room around 12:45 and we passed the room card to that “ prison officer “ whom was the reception staff on duty that day . We never had such an unpleasant experience in Singapore before as we both like to staycation frequently and we have experienced almost all hotels in Singapore. This time is the worst experience by far. I don’t understand how can such rude staffs interested in hospitality.
