Voor zoon groot hotel verwacht je toch wel enige menselijke service bij het inchecken. Helaas kon dit alleen met je smartphone en qr-code . Dit was voor mij de eerste keer en hopelijk ook de laatste keer dat ik zo moet inchecken.

Al met al een geweldig verblijf in de premier loft-kamer
Pluspunten:-Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt.
- Kamer is goed ingericht en onderhouden.
-Bed is gezellig.
- Uitzicht is zeer ruim en elegant
- Personeel is vriendelijk
Nadelen: -Badkamer is op een onhandige positie gerangschikt met toilet en douche in aparte delen. Bovendien is de ruimte voor elk van hen klein, zodat er nauwelijks ruimte is om te douchen of naar het toilet te gaan. Geen slot voor de douchedeur.
- Geen badjassen
- Moest 4 minuten lopen om de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte te bereiken met 4 busdiensten

Was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Overall, a great stay! It is just that the gym is open air and the pool area is dark at night…and cabana is not lit. Overall, service from staff is great! Call out to Siti who has done a great job to make my daughter’s birthday celebration a memorable one!

Service was not bad. Staff were nice and helpful, housekeeping is always friendly and willing to help. Asked for a nice decoration to celebrate our vacation and received a sweet little box of chocolates along with a note from the manager.
Cleanliness can be improved because the floor is sometimes still dirty even after housekeeping. They also didn’t clean the second floor at all for the entire duration of our stay.
Location is about a 15-minute walk to Clarke Quay Central / MRT, which makes town and most other attractions easily accessible. Might be inconvenient if carrying heavy luggage.
Overall pleasant and I wouldn’t mind returning :)

Could make check out timing a bit later as 11am is a bit too early.
Staff should service with a smile. queue system for check-in is not standardised. Location is quite good but not near to MRT station.

The location is perfect. Easy to get a metro or bus . The hotel service can also help by booking a taxi for you .
The only think is the toilet is small not easy to sit
The breakfast amazing, everyone is polite .

It was not expected too much for hotel in Singapore but turned out its quite happy with our stay in Studio M except the weird layout design of the toilet which is so small. The room is small but the loft style gave some more space to my kid. Sound proof not bad. Breakfast was quite good. Location wise, 10mins walk to Fort Cannon MRT and you can walk about 10-15minutes to Great Wall MRT and the shopping or Clark Quay.
