We voelden ons zeer comfortabel in dit hotel en zouden dit hotel elke keer opnieuw boeken.

The hotel was perfect. The room was spacious and tidy, and the pool was super clean. The TV had a lot of good channels, like Cartoon Network and HBO for my kids.
The twin beds were huge and there were 4 free drinks from the minibar. There was a bathtub and the shampoo smelt very nice. The hotel was very close to UE Square.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!🫠

Receptionist is limited. Check in take quite sometime, as only one person serve.
Room service is another unacceptable as more than 4 hours only, when I call second time, only get respond that already inform that department.
Hotel cleanness is good, hope the staffs attitude can be improved better.

We had a wonderful stay at Robertson House in Singapore, the Hotel has been completely updated, the rooms were lovely, very relaxing.
Breakfast was the best we have had anywhere and we travel a lot.
We arrived early hours as our flights were delayed, we were warmly welcomed and felt relaxed as soon as we arrived.
Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us, we will definitely return.

Great location to stay with a decent breakfast buffet. Nice, clean and simple pool and gym. Was promised river view but still had a good stay.

breakfast good but little varied.
Unfriendly service, with the exception of the cleaning service, who are very friendly and attentive.
The rooms are normal.

Room view is superb
TV can cast YouTube
Room slipper is very comfortable
Bed is nice to sleep with many pillow and bolster
The shampoo and shower gel is very good 👍🏻 especially their body lotion 🧴 . Conditioner too my gf said
Drinking Water need to put into a machine to filter it out which is very slow and amount of water is less.
Bathroom water heater is awhile hot awhile cold 🙃

We loved our stay in the Roberson Hotel. The pool, room and view was amazing. We also got free soda pop and had our own coffee maker. We were able to drive clean water from their water purifier in each room. I would definitely stay here again 😍
