Location is superb with lots of food selection around. As all the mall is connected to one another no worries if it’s raining. Room is big and spacious. Downside is the toilet shower stand was faulty n no way housekeeping didn’t notice. Was also surprise that even without hotel key card I’m still able to head up to my room. Then I’m rather skeptical on the security side. Nevertheless it was a good staycation.

Overall the hotel stay is great. The location of hotel is convenient with a few malls nearby for good food choice. The check in was smooth and a late checkout was offered to us which was nice of them.
As for the room, it was pretty big and comfortable and the bathtub was nice.
Will definitely visit the hotel again as it is one of the better hotels that I stayed so far.

My birthday was the day before our arrival and when my friend informed the check-in staff on that, they were so sweet that they sent me some treats. Counter staff were helpful, especially Faith who shared with us where to find tasty and economical food. Our room was spacious. It would be convenient for guests if both sides of the bed could be equipped with usb outlets (only one side has that).

Always my preferred Hotel stay in Novena. Though could see it's aging but well-maintained and clean. Easily accessible to Novena MRT via B3 link-walk. Comfortable and quiet stay. Very convenient within area; Malls, Don Don Donki, MRT station.

- Food - flavorful, yet, healthy options
- Location - convenient to go to
- In-room Amenities - clean and aesthetically-pleasing. Though, some cabinet doors are not "slow-close" as it should be. Toiletries are sufficient and environment-friendly
- Pool, Gym, Sauna - clean, inviting, relaxing
- Service - very pleased to have been attended to and assisted by Adrian and Farhan (from reception), and Ronald and Jana (from Club Lounge) for the minor inconvenience we had. I accidentally booked the Club Room without realizing that kids are not allowed in the Club lounge. Thanks to these 4 people, we were still accommodated in a Club Room (so my kids fully enjoyed the bath tub!), and we were offered takeaway option from the Club Lounge, as well. We appreciate the thoughtful surprise birthday cake for my husband as well.
In the end, we still managed to enjoy our Chinese New Year staycation as a family, despite the minor hiccup.

Marketed as a wellness hotel, I was pleased that my experience hit the mark as I was left feeling refreshed and well rested after the staycation! The room does suffer from some wear and tear, but that doesn’t stand in its way of providing a relaxing and homely environment for a good night’s rest. Service at the club lounge was impeccable as well, with a shoutout to Jannah for being so friendly and cheerful. The one thing that can be improved would be its breakfast offerings, both in the lounge and at the main restaurant.
