1. Enorme afstand van het metrostation! De weg gaat voornamelijk bergopwaarts, dus ik dacht dat het een goede deal zou zijn om dit hotel voor ruim duizend dollar te boeken, maar het bleek zo ver weg van het metrostation dat we een taxi moesten nemen naar het metrostation bijna elke dag over te zetten! Het is beter om er gewoon een te boeken in de metro! Na twee keer lopen konden we het niet verdragen en moesten we later een taxi nemen! De rit van het hotel naar het metrostation kost ongeveer 60 yuan😑🙃🫠Het duurt 15 minuten lopen!
2. De kamer is klein en er is niet genoeg licht
3. Er is geen geïnstalleerd water voor 1k+. Wij begrijpen dit uiteraard als locatie + prijs. Als het niet wordt geleverd, wordt het niet geleverd.
4. Het warme water in de kamer is erg heet. Het lijkt erop dat het koud of erg heet is. Het voelt alsof het niet op warm kan worden ingesteld.
5. Ik zal hier toch niet meer verblijven? Maar de service bij de receptie is goed en ik spreek Chinees.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the main shopping area. The staff kindly upgraded us to the premier room and extended the check out time. Thankful for the birthday amenities too.

Stay this hotel for my honeymoon and coldplay concert. The hotel upgrade me to premier room and give surprise gift. Thank you. Front desk very nice and helpful. Just a bit far from orchard road if you are walking. Better take grab. Overall is good. Will consider come back again.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)

The hotel is in the heart of the shopping area. Located in a quiet area Can easily walk to the shopping mall. Big room, beautiful view, quite good service. Highly recommend this hotel
