Spacious room, attentive service . Wonderful view at the club floor . The night light in the room is too bright , there is not direct access from club room to the club .

Booked the deluxe rooms which are supposed to be renovated but fridge broke down which caused electrical trip and then found cockroach in the dustbin. They changed our rooms. But lights in new room strangely switched off automatically whenever room door was opened (not coz we were going out) and we had to keep switching them back on. Electrician came but couldn't resolve it up to checkout on the last day. Wasted our time trying to get things fixed. Frustrating and spoiler to our stay. Only silver lining is front desk manager and housekeeping provided excellent service throughout all these problems.

An amazing experience, the room featured a great view and i got a surprise upgrade to the panoramic suite, which featured a kitchen area with full length fridge and a balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area, special thanks to lux, making it possible to have a wonderful 24th birthday.
The rooms were clean and tidy, washroom came with a remote activated bidet, the overall room was just amazing.
10/10 will come again

Great stay for our annual wedding anniversary. We prefer to come pan pacific as the environment and facilities we like.

We spent the eve in a club room with a fantastic view. However, the service from reservation to check in, left much to be desired. The hotel room reservation team and the check in counter staff were both unhelpful and reluctant to assist. Cleanliness was also an issue, as we experienced discomfort from itching on the bed overnight. On a positive note, the club experience was excellent, and special thanks to Sugu for providing exceptional service throughout our stay.
The dinner at Edge restaurant isn’t worth its price due to the lack of freshness in the seafood items-a disappointment.

Pleasant surprise to be able to check in earlier to the hotel and was provided a complimentary upgrade to a higher level room (Executive Marina Bay Room)! Room was spacious with superb view of the Marina Bay!! Service was great, housekeeping lady, Tina was friendly as well! Was also given a box of chocolates when we checked in and an Xmas sock on our 2nd day of stay as it’s Xmas eve!
The pool comes with 2 huge donut floats. Unfortunately, not sure if it’s due to the weather, the water is really cold and cool. There’s also a kids indoor playground (socks to be worn). The playground is very kid friendly and clean.
Definitely a pleasant experience, it would even more memorable if there were fire works!
