The hotel front desk service/support is superb. They are passionate and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest's stay is comfortable. Know this as is my many stays with them for work & leisure reasons. Thank you, front desk team 🥰
For the trip.com kakis, despite the hotel is comfortable and clean, I will not recommend for their breakfast. Limited choices of breakfast despite is a buffet approach. Also, no selection for eggs style: "eat what they feed" concept 😅. Is slightly fortunate for me in my recent stay that the Chef willing to get me 2 pieces of "sunny side up" after I PLEADED twice for it as could only go for Sauage, Bake Beans and slice of bread with quality coffee that morning from the variety of choices, which is an optional buy for me at S$23.98 due to rushing meeting and presentation. Thus, not so worth it ya. 😊 Overall, I will still go back for the stay but without breakfast option.

房間雖説空間逼仄，但乾淨整潔，設施完善，酒店內部裝修較新，比較超出預期。個人認為最大的亮點是其交通位置非常便捷，離多美歌地鐵站很近，不遠處還有大商場，忍不住想評論表揚一次。

乾淨舒服，特別表揚前台小哥，態度好又貼心，很遺憾沒有記下他的名字。泳池還挺漂亮，健身房很迷你衹有一台跑步機和一台橢圓機哈哈哈。附近有很大的商場，多美歌站就在酒店對面。

深夜到着。チェックインも快くやってくれました。
子連れだったからか、部屋も無料アップグレードでバスタブ付きのスイートに変更してくれました。
お部屋のミニバーは無料。
ラインナップはタイガービール4本・ペプシ・7アップ・オレンジジュースとミロ。
水はありませんでしたが、専用蛇口がついていて飲めますと書いてありました。
ドビーゴートは道路を渡り5分ほど。
バスタブには泡風呂にできるソープもあり子供も大喜び！
近くにコンビニはありません。
プラザシンガプーラは駅の反対側です。
日本のコンセントそのままさせます。USBも一つだけ枕元にありました。
スリッパと歯ブラシも毎日新しいのくれます。
ベットメイキングしてもらいたいときは、緑のランプにするのをお忘れずに。

My third stay with the property . Love the location just a short walk to dhoby ghaut mrt and there’s a 7eleven nearby plus some eateries and a craft beer bar within short walk
Property started to see some age especially thee bathroom area but overall it’s still maintained it’s hygiene.
Love how they provide filter water now in room rather than previous bottled drinking water .
Love the pool a lot and the shower room near the pool is really clean . After check out you can opt to hang out by the pool while u wait for your flight

房間有些小但是這價格在市中心也是不錯的選擇了，交通便利而且衞生不錯，前台能免費打印真的很贊，服務態度很好，下午還能吃冰激凌，mini吧也是免費，這個太能提升好感度了！喜歡逛街和市區遊的太適合這酒店了！烏節路和牛車水都很近！

預約了家庭loft房
酒店的職員不論前台、泳池、清潔同設施部既，都很友善有禮，有笑容、服務態度好。去泳池時漏低左部手機，好彩有職員交左去前台。
房間比想像中大，免費加張bb床都仲好多空間。
淋浴間空間都夠大，可以企兩個大人同bb沖涼。
每日都要求執房服務，除左毛巾換洗，小食bar都會refill.
天台泳池有浮床同水泡，感覺貼心。
需改善之處： 淋浴間花灑高度不能調節，對大人黎講唔夠高。
整體清潔程度可以更好，因為有些角落有塵埃。
建議不要加地氈，因為黐塵而且污積難清潔，正正因為酒店房廳的地氈就是明顯污糟，有小朋友真係完全唔想佢地摸到。

This was my third stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and cosiness.
One problem is that the cleaning starts early in the morning, so the door opening and closing is noisy and the cleaners talk and sing loudly, which is both good and bad.
