Am Hotel

Had been staying here for couple of times. This time long stay as it’s near to my own home so it’s convenient whenever I need to be back to do some errands service here so far is ok except for 1 Chinese lady whom I believe is the boss of the property has no customer service. Things that can be done like extending of stay and pay later as people still sleeping. Keep coming up and pester you to do payment even though you’re still in your sleep. Giving excuse that if not paid the system will show the room as vacant. And it will affect the booking as people might book and will create confusion or something. I didn’t know that the system is so bad that it can’t even block as booked. But funny thing is when there’s still room available, the system showed as full.

Original room assigned was extremely smelly. This is due to poor or damaged ventilation system. It was like someone had just used the toilet to poo and I walked in immediately. Went to front desk to be moved into a different room. The front desk used delay tactic and said “all our rooms are like that”. This can’t be true because I have stayed in this hotel many times. I was about to give up and move to another nearby hotel even though I had already paid for my rooms for 2 days. Thought I give it another try. This time, the front desk agent was Putri. She moved me immediately. I am happy and thankful. I will reconsider AM hotel again in the future. Hope the management is reading and taking notes of this incident.

I booked for single twin beds and come early in the morning and ask the receptionist for it. We put our bags at hotel and take around and back to hotel at 16.20. The receptionist named Puteri said no room with single twin beds, but if you want to wait about 30 minutes the room will available. She cant speak polite and slowly, she’s so rude. It’s 16.20 and the room not ready yet. Puteri you cant work at front desk if u dont have a good attitude, polite in hospitality industry.

The cigarette smell is very strong in the lobby, and the old room has a slightly musty odor. Cleanliness needs significant improvement, both in the room, the bed, and the towels. Even when using new pieces, the smell still lingers. I would like it to be cleaner than this.

room was clean enough. no water given even upon request, you cant buy it also. bad attitude by front desk (guy on duty on 3 May night to 4 May morning. no luggage storage facilities, just leave it open at the lobby.

Affordable and comfortable place to stay . Great food all around just walking distance from hotel . Convenience stores are also nearby hotel . There's a fairprice located opposite hotel too . I highly recommended this hotel for a stay . It's not luxury but clean tidy and comfortable. 👍

The overall room was clean. However, the room was very smelly. Only 2 bottles of mineral water provided throughout the 3 days stay, can't request for more.

The location is ok . Aircon is good and But the blanket too thin and not enough to cover . All good and will come again
