I love this place, good Location, near all the bar and restaurants, 7-11 and city. In this hotel when I first arrived Divina, Loc and Ryan are so helpful and amazing, they added me in the WhatsApp group to helped on how to check in and stuffs ( Oh this place has no gym and super near one of the gym and well) in case you never been to Singapore pls prepare some of your money in Visa card. Since the deposit will be online and is 200$ which they will transfer to you back after check out♥️
The room is good and clean, I like that they have the irons for your too and hair dyer which are really helpful for the women. I Highly recommended this hotel and will be back again Singapore 🇸🇬

Divina, Loc, and Ryan provided very friendly check-in service.
From carrying my luggage to connecting to WiFi, they all helped me a lot.
The room is very clean and suitable for living alone.
The hotel is situated in the city center, making it very convenient to access any destination.

Amazing stay and very helpful staff. Many thanks to Loc. we have a problem with the debit card and Loc solved the problem for a five minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Noisy street but it’s quiet in the room. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended the hotel.

The rooms were clean and had all the amenities mentioned in the booking. The hotel is situated at a prime location, near to MRT and famous tourist places. Thanks to Ryan, Loc & Divina, they promptly replied to our msgs. Thank you so much Team!
Will recommend Heritage collection to everyone. The rooms had a washing machine-dryer, Fridge, water kettle, and oven. All the things that make a stay comfortable.

Contact to staff via WhatsApp, the team Divina, Loc and Ryan really put a lot of effort and were very responsive, thank you. Location is super central. Room is new and nice but was a bit small for two people with two big suitcases. Air in room was very humid so that in the last night our bed and things in our suitcases were wet which isn't great especially before a 13 hour flight. Price was affordable for Singapore so would still give 3 stars. Plus points also for the washing machine with drying function.

About the MRT access, it was more convenience from Raffles place (UOB exit), just walk straight through the boat quay.
The toilet and bathroom is very clean, they got the sink and microwave also the 2 door refrigerator.
The location was very convenient, as if you stay at raffles hotel wkwkwkwkwk.
Ryan, Loc, and Divina were very helpfull, they invite me to a whatsapp group, it feel like a private service.
Will definitely stay if you are a solo travellers, but if you do with friends and family, better book the one with a bigger room size.
