We vragen om onze kamer op de 9e verdieping en hoger, aan het verzoek is voldaan. Ze upgraden ons ook naar een grotere unit op de 25e verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en blij met deze bijzondere regeling.

To be honest it was the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was so considerate and kind. They even asked if we are celebrating any occasion and try their best to make it special . We were unsure about our next trip to Singapore but because of kind people and marina bay sands we wanna come again. The service and the staff is spectacular .

Everything is available if you can afford it. From top restaurants to food court. Only the parking is expensive.

The overall service of the hotel was excellent. They welcome us with complimentary chocolates when we told them we were there to have an early birthday celebration for my wife. They sent their staff to help us when we could not connect our mobile phone to the TV. Not forgetting the excellent views from infinity swimming pool and room. They made the stay pleasant for us. However, they could improve on telling guests how to get to the Skypark. The staff of the club were not too friendly when we lost our way and asked for directions.
