Hotel is in good location walking distance to food stall, malls and MRT station..you have to bring your own shampoo,soap, brush toothpaste, no free water and coffee too. Towels are so thin and very old like rugs.the room is big but old already

Very good location.
The hotel management needs to consider regular cleaning of centralized aircon duct in the room and permanent solution on small ants.
Also, the hotel room at 7th floor aisle smells cigarette smoke although there are posting that the hotel is non-smoking establishment.

The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard, walking distance to all malls. Very convenient. Will definitely come back again! And it’s value for money.

The service and room conditions are extremely bad. Old folk at front desk just emphasised to us this is just a budget hotel and don't expect anything more. The room is a more than 30 years old condition room and worst is the mattress is so damn lousy and we got backache after a night rest. Sound proofing also very bad which you can be disturb by the traffic at night and morning. So, many more worst encounter to share ！
