Location good but bathroom very smelly and room very dusty totally average

Just like 2 stars hotel not that much facilities room is dirty toilet is really small don’t have any partition in there however their staff really helpful and have service mind really appreciate that

I booked 2 rooms one is dirty ants walk around fridge but another room is average. And receptionist was so nice over than I expected they are helpful during stay

One of the worst hotels in town. Although it is a known fact that it was a budget hotel, we expected a reasonable room, but the bathroom was super smelly. The room was old, dark and just not upto the mark. There were areas of bathroom that had fungus.
The surrounding places are good, and it is in a strategic location to visit many places, but would not recommend this hotel.

Location is great! But the theme room is not useful. It's just an open area with 2 chairs. Nothing much.

There is small ants crawling around, able to find small cockroaches. Iron and iron board only got one to be shared by all customers. Aircon cannot be switch off.

My husband and I had a very good experience during our stay. Jasmine was most helpful when we needed the aircon adjusted to our comfort level. Other good staff like Jason, Marcus abd night staff whose name can't recall, were all very attentive. Although the hotel was shorthanded, the housekeeper was clean with our room and amenities. Plenty of eateries wherever we walked. We enjoyed a newly renovated Food Court serving beer too. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for caring for us. God bless you all!

Got a room located at 2nd floor. Not sure about the security in this hotel, but a guy keep banging the wall at level 2 after 12am.. maybe he’s drunk or smt else. Can hear what is happening outside the corridor. Not recommend for light sleeper. Mouldy smell in room. The rest is ok for one night stay.
