What a lovely hotel and friendly staff. Upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite as It was our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint, they also gave us early and late checkout.
Room had everything you could want.20 min walk to clarke quay and 40 min to Marina Bay hotel and gardens by the sea.

got a free upgrade to the collyer room and it was really spacious! had all the things that youll ever need - oven, plates, cutting board, dishwasher, filtered water, coffee machine etc. hotel also very kindly gifted us a small bottle of wine and a box of chocolates as we were celebrating a birthday! very thoughtful of them! overall an enjoyable stay!

The hotel is very convenient, it is near to mrt and lau pa sat. 7 eleven is nearby too. We are able to see some fireworks during the New Year Countdown

In general, this hotel was great.
i stayed collyer room for 3 nights.
Location was good.
Room condition was good. Big enough for 3 with kid.
We can use 19f pool and living room. Pool is accessible for kids along with adult. Not much things to eat in living room but coffee and hot milk with a few snack were good enough.
View was fine as we can see marinabay partially though laser show area was blocked by another building in front.
One thing not good was about noise from roads outside at night.

Hotel was centrally located and staff was very user friendly. There was a full kitchen and EVEN a washer/dryer in the room. There was no view from our room and the temp was a bit challenging to keep cool but overall a wonderful stay!

We chose Ascott Raffles Place for our race staycation because it’s near the triathlon race site at MBS. The price offered was also reasonable. Blessed to be given an upgrade to our room. Easy to get food as its very near to Lau Pa Sat. The room was spacious, cosy and clean with comfy bed. Unfortunately, there is no carpark provided and we parked at One Raffles Quay.

Superb experience. I was very happy the staff was able to accommodate me at past midnight. Complete utensils for cooking, wine and baking needs. Got washer and dryer as well. Huge jacuzzi bath was awesome. Definitely coming back for another staycation.

The early check-in was available, with great service at the front desk & housekeeping. Location was great with the city view. the room was big & clean.
The facilities were great. My son had his wedding lunch at the restuarant & the indian food was good with great service by staff & manager.
