Room door can't really close properly and lock.
Toilet bowl can't really flush properly
Room floor were dirty and piping up.
Not sure how come have rating 3 star.

A comfortable budget hotel in the Lavender area, a few minutes walk from Bendemeer MRT station. Many small restaurants, cafes and larger shopping centres nearby. TV was limited to local channels. Good value.

It was pleasant experience as I get to travel to work and sleep peacefully due to the location. Although the rate I get this time was quite higher than usual.

Nicee, they top up the mineral water every room cleaning service. The Aircon is cold and the bed is clean. However the sound proofing is weak, we can hear ppl next door laughing and talking quite loud.

Not worth the price. It’s very very run down, my room smelt of cigarettes even though smoking is banned in the hotel. There was a door leading to the room next to mine and I could hear them all night. There’s much better places for the same price, choose them instead.
