Its our 3rd time staying in this hotel .. sp far ots okay .. we like it .. and will always go back cause its just neae the city and very convinient near stores shopping mall and mrt .. staff are nice and very accomodating .. room is ok and toilet . Aircon is so cold, its ok if your just gonna stay for overnight or moe then days .. we love it there.. 🫰

Location was ideal but the amenities were just basic. The hotel is best for a few days stays and bring your own everything. The sink got clogged twice, maintenance came after the 2nd call and fixed it. The room wasn't clean to begin with. I think housekeeping quickly changed the sheets and towels and half cleaned the bathroom. Found some hair in the sheets and crumbs on the floor. Understandable the hotel has quick turnovers but still at least have clean sheets and vacuum the big crumbs.

the downside was the carpark and service, they were not welcoming ,room was cold and heater working well.

Located at Orchard road, very convenient for using MRT. The food was delicious but breakfast menu could be improved. The hotel looks old but kept clean and a nice water dispenser is provided. The curtains keep the room dark for a good sleep but hotel should fix broken curtains.

When I first booked the hotel room, I was not told about the extra charge. When check in the hotel, the child will be charged an additional $75🤷♀️. Room smell is so disgusting 🤮

Location at Orahard area, very good for tourist near mrt station also. Comfortable room, a bit noise can hear the voices from next door. Parking fee $10 per day.

Pro: situated in a fairly good location in Orchard
Cons: outdated, small room and badly needs an overhaul.
U pay for what u get in the most expensive city in the world I guess.

Convenient location for buses, train, shopping areas/food courts, and parks. My room seemed a bit old though. I didn't like the carpet, it looked like low quality. There's a water dispenser so I didn’t have to worry about buying water. The housekeeping cleans everyday without requesting. I could hear the other guests if they were quite loud. Fast internet too. The vicinity of the hotel is quiet though. The staffs were nice.

Hotel location is great as is near Somerset MRT. Check in was a breeze and staff very helpful and friendly. The room has a mouldy smell and feels really dated. For the price and location, one cannot complain much. I will suggest bring some essential oil and mix with water to spray if you choose to stay in this hotel.
