Momentus Hotel Alexandra

Improvement needed: 1. The toilet bowl is not cleaned properly, can sit poop stain. 2. The breakfast spreads are wide but most items are not properly prepared, resulted in wastage. Most foods i believe are not prep by the hotel chef but bought outside and reheated in their kitchen. The youtiao is double deep fried, the soon kueh have been steamed again until the skin is very tihicked etc. 3. The hotel is not cleaned properly. Example after sitting on the bed for sometimes i can feel itched on my skin and the chair at the dining area also make me itch. 4. I feel the cleaningness in the hotel need to be improved thorougly. Clean properly please. 5. TV screen is blur regressless of which channel. NO nexfix and limited channel. TV seems to be dated as it does cannot used as screen share from Samsung Dex. The chromecast seems unable to connect too. 6. Booked and indicate high floor and late check out but was not provided. At check in, the staff don't check on request and upon request fot higher floor, he quickly mentioned my booking type and room is only from 7 to 10 floor which seems to tell me I booked the cheapest room type and no higher floor. When I purposely check what is the club faciliates, I was given a paper to inform the details and was informed need to top up $160. Usually other hotel.will at least check on the ocassion and also ofter discount or exceptional to at least have higher floor or to promote to a next better room. Not on customer experience servces. 7. Overall hotel only suitable for traveler to rest for the night and not recommended for staycation even for 1 day. Over-rated hotel even if the price maybe more affordable then other hotels.

酒店不在市中心區域，但是非常方便，從機場打車不到30分鐘，酒店樓下和周邊有很多餐廳，還有兩個比較大的食閣。酒店設施比較新，工作人員服務態度也很好，不論是前台，餐廳，還是保潔。早餐選擇比較多，主要是東南亞和西式；高峯期需要排隊約10分鐘。酒店打掃很到位。總的來説是物超所值的選擇。

Always a good time with momentus hotel.i like how clean the hotel is.big kudos to the housekeeping team.service staff izzul helped us with check in,very friendly and efficient check in. Also tried the verandah rooftop semi buffet lunch. lavin and Cynthia were very attentive to our table.great service by all the staff at the hotel that makes us feel very welcomed.will be back!!!

We had really good experience in Hotel, clean, staff is polite specially some guy from Malaysia I couldn't remember the name🙃 Breakfast was tasty and delicious just options are so limited Swimming pool perfect for Relax and rest 15 minutes by taxi to downtown Metro station is 10 minutes by walk For 4 stars Hotel have everything what is necessary 👌👌

This was a very memorable staycation with my Auntie. First of all- the staffs were very accomodating and friendly. They were very helpful and alert to explain to us everything that we need to know about the hotel. We managed to enjoy the Floating Food Basket at the Verandah on the 7th floor which was why we initially decided to checked in specifically on this hotel to experience such luxury🥰 i got lots of compliments hahaha on my FB IG and Other Socmed acc. Apart from this, the hotel is sorrounded with foodcourts catering local and international cuisines and who would ignore COFFEEEEE... theres Starbuck, Nice croissant nearby and even yummy local coffee around. Near on bus stops too and IKEA dont forget just a step away.

Great stay. Clean and pleasant environment Nearby to a lot of food options. Staff were professional and helpful.

非常好，真的很推薦，價格算是新加坡酒店裡麪價格友好的了，酒店很精緻乾淨，接待人員都特別友善，門口坐公交車很方便。門口就是Ikea

Room is smaller than expected but just nice for one person. Location is great for the things i wanted to do. Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is beautiful with excellent hygiene and pretty views!
