The place was great. The staff provided very good service and were incredibly kind and friendly.
There were plenty of good restaurants nearby and also the restaurant in the hotel was good. The pool was really lovely and loved that it was salt water and not chlorine water.
The breakfast was perfect and there were variations for everyone.
Everything was walkable and not at all expensive to take a taxi to places further away.

The hotel is old and requires refurbishing, however it was clean, and friendly staff, close to the beach, publics park & restaurants / cafés. The hotel has no access to the beach. You get what you paid for. Chick in and chick out was good. Break fast was fair. They had issues with A/C in levels -1 & -2. I recommend to try it

We had a wonderful time here. This is a good quality 3-star hotel in my opinion. The facilities are what you'd expect for a 3-star hotel. What made made this hotel stand out is the staff.
Hana, in particular, was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful, was always available, and took care of any issues we had promptly and professionally. She also speaks fluent English so we interacted more with her than other staff. But all the staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs an upgrade, the rooms were ok clean but the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Check in was terrible we couldn’t check in until 3pm and the room was not the one I booked online. The sofa bed was too small for my son, I asked for a room with a large sofa bed. The breakfast was ok and staff were friendly apart from the receptionist. The pool was clean but salty. You get what you pay for!
