Uitstekend hotel met ruime kamers en uitstekende voorzieningen. Hier hebben we van de Hotpool gebruik gemaakt die langs de entree lag en het uitzicht bood over een stukje haven en het museum aan de overkant van de weg (incl . Infrarood sauna). Het uitzicht van de kamer was fraai - op de haven. Helaas heb ik toch niet goed geslapen vanwege een schip dat achter in de haven lag , waarvan de dieselmotor een hele lage bromtoon gaf. Gelukkig kon mijn vrouw die niet horen en die heeft wel lekker geslapen.

This is an outstanding hotel which lives up to all the positive reviews and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, service attentive and food excellently prepared, cooked and presented. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Can't wait to return.

Everything was perfect. It was just wonderful to relax in the hot tub and the location is perfect. Breakfast was really good, lots to chose from. It is really easy to go to Ólafsfjörður and also to Akureyri.

The view from the hotel is extraordinary, the rooms are very cosy and the hot tube a perfect extra. The staff was very welcoming and caring. The breakfast is rich and the town very nice and typical Icelandic.

Fabulous, comfy hotel. We had a lovely room overlooking the marina. Scrupulously clean with lovely bathrobes and slippers which were ideal to wear to the lava rock hot tub outside. Water was like a bath! Staff were so helpful and had great English. We ate in the restaurant for dinner twice and it was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also extremely well stocked and tasty. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

I have been in Siglohotel many times because of my work. It has always been wonderful staying there, the food, rooms and the staff is first class. The hot tub is awesome, very big an next to the ocean, l love the view of the ocean and the pier with all the boats in it. Just amazing

We got there early for a farmer's day special or a little over three and checked in, then went to the hot tub and relaxed and talked to other guests we met. the rooms are big and clean and the bed is very comfortable. We then had a pre-arranged three course dinner which was absolutely perfect in every way. We went to bed early and woke up early which is just our normal day and had a really great breakfast before checking out

Top notch hotel. Pure luxury. Food is good, rooms are comfy. Thermal pool is picturesque. In all a very comfortable stay. Every room has a wonderful outlook. It’s clean and all areas a fresh and light. The staff very attentive. No complaints from us.
