This was a solid hotel. Staff were very courteous and the room came with a fantastic view of the rock.

Amazing location. Clean, beautiful views, nice room. Staff was not super helpful in terms of the attractions around the area. They were helpful in “hotel” ways though. Food choice is EXTREMELY limited but that goes for the entire town so staying elsewhere wouldn’t have helped.

The resort is good choice for stay at Sigriya. The supervisory staff is very professional and made stay very comfortable. The personal supervision of services to guests by Mr Ravindra, Resort manager and Ms Premali, front office made our family stay a very unique experience. Food specially the local cuisines were delightful. Overall good value for money

What a pity! The hotel is actually great. Our room was huge with a nice terrace, super clean and otherwise you can't complain. The staff is very friendly, the food is good and there is flexibility in the kitchen if you would rather have a local curry instead of what is on the menu. But: The road to the hotel is a single pothole and there is no sign at the intersection 200 meters in front of the hotel that this is where it goes. We almost turned around to look for accommodation somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature and beautiful birds, so quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is great, the rooms are spacious. Short walking distance to Sigiriya rock and to Sigiriya town. The pool is beautiful and extremely clean, with an awesome view. Stuff are really helpful and extremely cordial. Special mention to the restaurant staff. The food is amazing, the chefs are lovely. A special thanks to Sunil and Guilan (the restaurant staff) they represent the best of Sri Lanka, the people. Will always be in our hearts. If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitively will stay here. Ayubowan.

Wanted to leave a review for this amazing getaway I went for a much needed short break for 1 night having stayed here month ago personally I loved it!!. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were big and modern and the hotel grounds immaculately presented. Had a breathtaking view overlooking the lake grounds and it was beautiful sight every morning. Basically my fav was the view of Sigiriya and Pidurangala :) Staff is so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back

Very tasty food and a friendly staff, this is where we plan to stay every time we visit Sigiriya, This is an amazingly beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel, can see Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock, superb place to stay

スリランカの常識がわからないので、ひょっとしたら普通なのかもしれないが、日本人からするとちょっと色々ダメなポイントがありました。 まず、深夜に着くと事前にwatsappで連絡しておいて、向こうから了解メールも来ていたのに、行ったら門が閉まっていて、電話をして人が出てきたが、話が通っていない様子で予約を確認される。 なんとかチェックインしたがベッドには虫やヤモリの糞。お湯を沸かそうとしたらポットには古い白く濁ったお湯が入っていて、何か白いものが浮いている。ポットを洗うとカルキか？白いものが付着していて取りきれない。 スリッパはないので、持参した方が良さそう。アメニティはない。シャンプー、ボディローションのみある。 バスタオルはあるがタオルはない。 ドライヤーがなかったのでフロントに聞くとドライヤーはないとのこと。掛け布団はシーツのみ。バスタブにお湯を溜めようとしたが、壊れているのか水がほとんど出ず、蛇口の金具が破損していたため、フロントに電話。誰か人をよこすと言っていたが、誰も来ず、風呂は我慢してシャワーのみに。シャワーの水圧は弱く、温度が安定しない。お湯が全く出ない日もあり、水シャワーを浴びた。シャワールームの天井はオープンエアーになっており、バスルームに蚊は入り放題。クモもいるし、シャワーのところにはカエルが数匹いた。まあ自然の中のホテルなのである程度の虫は覚悟していたが、ダメな人はダメかもしれない。 部屋を外出している間に掃除しておいてもらおうとドアノブに札を下げておいたが、帰ってきてびっくり、何も朝出たときと部屋は変わっておらず、片付けられていなかったので、しかたなくバスタオルだけ交換してもらった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで感じはいいが、こんな感じのサービスがスリランカでは普通なのか？謎である。日本のビジネスホテル以下という感想が正直なところです。

Verbrachte hier zwei Nächte Ende Mai 2022 während einer 2-wöchigen Sri Lanka Rundreise. Das ist ein sehr kleines aber schönes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern, Badezimmern und Terrassen. Abendessen und Frühstück waren exzellent und sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich wünsche dem Hotel ganz viel Erfolg und bedanke mich für den super Service.
