Great location to Downtown Siem Reap! Staff was friendly and courteous good gym and pool ... breakfast was what you’d expect for the price

Location is super! You can find plenty of restaurants and local food in a walking distance. There are two buildings A & B. I was assigned in B, and felt it’s a bit neglected. Close to pub street & central market. Some amenities in hotel need to rechecked whether it’s working properly or not.

Great location in Siem Reap. Near the busy pub street but still quiet. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

Ik heb dit hotel in het verleden al diverse keren geboekt, daar het heerlijk centraal ligt.
De kamers zijn netjes en ruim en worden dagelijks schoon gehouden.
Het is een rustig hotel voorzien van zwembad en trainingsruimte, met vriendelijk personeel.

Ik ken dit hotel al zo'n 15 jaar.
Ondanks de covid periode een van de weinige hotel die open was met goede voorzieningen.

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our trip. Good buffet style breakfast. Nice pool, and pool side menu. Excellent location - about 100m from Pub Street. Quiet. Nice room with good amenities. The AC struggled a little, but it was 42C outside.

This hotel is sub-par in so many ways. The air-conditioning in 2 out 3 of the rooms booked by our group didn't function. We had to move rooms two hours into our stay when it became apparent that the "maintenance" person was not going to fix the problem. This meant moving into a 100 degree F room and having to wait another two hours for it to cool down. And... the hot water didn't work. The toilet malfunctioned. The shower didn't drain properly. The lighting in the room was poor. The staff, while polite, were not competent. I'd suggest choosing a different hotel. There are many in Siem Reap that have to be better than this place.
