It’s difficult to think of any downsides of this hotel. Perhaps our room was a bit small for being “superior room with queen-sized bed” and the location is a bit far from center of Siem Reap. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, appreciate talking to Jackie on the front desk about Cambodian society - not just touristy stuff! Only thing i didnt like was the location (albeit I knew this when i booked, but assumed id be sending all my time in angkor wat). Probably better to be closer to town for restaurants etc but can't fault the hotel itself.

You can feel that the country is still reopening after the pandemic. Some services are not working well yet. But the crew try theirs best.

О, этот отель очень передаёт атмосферу Камбоджи. Такие приветливые и отзывчивые люди помогают на новом месте. Работники отеля помогут разобраться с передвижением и организуют их при необходимости. Очень широкая и удобная кровать! Отель организует поездки в знаменитый Ангкор-Ват.
