Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. In eerste instantie was de kamer niet wat we verwacht hadden maar uiteindelijk goed opgelost door de receptie. Entertainment was top. Leuke spelletjes voor de kinderen. Side is ook erg mooi, veel excursies mogelijkheden.

Een week geweest in juni met een vriendin en dochter van 4 jaar. Het was echt een geweldige ervaring! De kamers waren gedateerd maar schoon, het personeel in de keuken en bar waren echt supervriendelijk! Omdat het kleinschalig is krijg je echt een familiegevoel! Het animatieteam was zo lief en gezellig, en maakte van elke dag en avond een feestje! Op het terrein is alles beschikbaar, een geweldige kapper, hammam, sisha en een winkeltje. Het eten was echt prima! Genoeg keuze en lekker bereid met heerlijke kruiden. Wij gaan zeker weer terug!

Prima hotel ,aardige mensen,de kamers worden goed schoongemaakt het eten is prima en er is elke animatie. Er zijn verschillende zwembaden dus een goed hotel ook voor gezinnen met kinderen.we wil back.

Second time in Side but 1st time here. From arrival to departure we were treat like part of the family. The accommodation was good, the pools were good and the staff were ever helpful. We took the chance and had the famous Turkish massage. Wow what an experience. From the initial booking through to the final massage we were treat like royalty. The masseurs were small in stature but boy did they have superhuman strength in their fingers. We will definitely be booking next year. The only small downside was that the food was a bit 'samey'. I didn't realise there were that many different variations of turkey and chicken dishes. But still there was always salad in abundance.

Went to suncity for the second time in April. Had an amazing holiday, the hotel is fab, really clean and great pools. The best thing by far about here is the staff, they really are the best, especially the entertainment staff Firat and Kristina, there is plenty of entertainment day and night for both adults and children and they really go the extra mile to ensure everyone has a great time. The rooms are nice and have everything you need, I've stayed in a studio and a two bed apartment and both had ample room and decent size balcony, cleaners are lovely and come every day too. Can't wait to come again later in the year.

Visited with my friend ..it had been a tough few wks previously due to my partner passing away ..my friend organised a bunch of flower s which the staff were all to willing to help get ..meals are lovely so are the staff ..rooms were clean and comfortable ...its not 5 star but it's very good for the money .and will def be back

We're to start. Was on the 2nd floor no lifts so difficult with cases or pushchairs. We were in room 123 right above the stage, so loud even my ear plugs still picked it up. Some of the nights entertainment felt like I was on a 18/30 holiday people taking tops off jumping in the pool very drunk. Sunbeds will same everywhere get up early to get one. Food was OK nothing special but didn't expect it as 3 star. Room based but clean. There is air-conditioning but will go off as soon as you take key out as you cannot leave in as you only get given 1. I went with my friend and the waiters are rude and tried coming on to her on a few occasions. Manger is rude too. Good things about this place. Pool sides great. Walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. If you don't like cats or allergy they are everywhere.

Honestly love this hotel so much! Been there 3 times now after my first I've never looked back... the hotel staff are so lovely and kind ... the cleaning ladies are just spot on and the nicest ever always leaving little things for you on your bed & poor woman is forever folding my clothes up bless her 💕 the entertainment team what can I say they are the most amazing people ever honestly we now call them friends for life & keep in contact ❤️
