I must say this hotel is absolutely disgusting, let me begging by saying you get what you pay for as some people have put on the reviews but I’m sorry to say we did not get what we paid for. The pictures that are advertised on the website is nothing like the ones that I will post on here if I can then you can make your own mind up by saying we got what we paid for it we didn’t. When we first arrived at the airport we had a private taxi booked so we had to go and find the taxi, while we explained to the guy who we where and where we where going he laughed and said to me (that hotel should not even be a hotel) and I thought wow what are we walking into. We got to the hotel, no one who worked at the hotel could speak English, they took us to our room then left, didn’t explain where anything was or who to go to if we had any problems. When we got up in the morning we started to realise that the room we where in was nothing like the rooms advertised, they put us right next to the kitchen which was extremely noisy from 5-30 onwards then the entertainment was directly opposite us and this went onto to 11-30 to 12-00 at night so we hardly had any sleep. I noticed in the room that the air-con was not working, no hot water, holes in the wall, holes in the floor, no skirting boards on certain areas, the sink was hanging of the wall the toilet was wobbly. So I went to complain about the room, no one could understand what I was saying so this tool about 3 days to find a young man called Umat this guy was great he had us moved the next day. So we have moved rooms to my surprise this room was not much better than the one we just had, sink hanging of the wall air-con not working properly no hot water. So this time we complained again so they sent down the maintenance guy to try and fix the problems ( this was like this for the next 4 days. We emailed Thomas cook who at the start was very sympathetic on what was going on, they told me that the hotel has made an offer of 30% compensation from the price that we paid for the hotel but I will explain more in detail about Thomas cook later. The food was that bad in this hotel the local people who came there to stay wouldn’t even eat it, they packed up thier stuff and went home early. We had people from all different countries staying there and they where disgusted when they seen this hotel. The guy Umat who helped us was one of the employees of the hotel he helped a lot of people there, he even moaned to the managers about the state the hotel was in he told the managers that the hotel should be closed, the managers response to him was ( if you don’t tell them that this hotel is good then I want your resignation) so Umat came back to us and said I cannot stand here and tell people that this hotel is good so I must resign, the security of the hotel came and escorted him off site I was dumb founded to see this happen. I have told Thomas cook that I will be taking further action on this matter as it’s disgusting
