Selenium Hotel

Got to be the worst place ever we were the only English in there asked love holidays to help absolutely wouldn’t do a thing it’s Miles from the beach down a dark back street food well it’s just so repetitive and doesn’t cater at all for English god knows what children were eating there’s bread if you want to be the tenth person to handle it and cut it they don’t like giving all inclusive drinks a very dear lesson learnt ! wardrobes smelt so badly of mould and damp our clothes stayed in the case Side is beautiful place just need a different hotel oh and their free beach beds are ripped dirty filthy we paid every day to use another hotels and after a couple of day’s fighting for food with other guests we ate out too plenty of restaurants just not around the hotel I’ve added pics of sun loungers and the tissue after wiping a glass before we could drink from them

Hotel is clean but food is very repetitive and boring no entertainment no afternoon snacks as advertised only 2 people who spoke english a man called ali who was lovely and a young girl on reception who was also lovely stay clear of massage area awful man who took my money and disappeared when I couldnt go for massage I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you have kids as no food for kids or nothing to do for them but cheap hotel so cant expect to much

Wasn’t our choice of hotel as the one I’d booked was closed. I refused this like for like hotel as I’d read the reviews. Two days before travelling was told there was no other option, other than pay an extra £300 for different hotel. Looking back I wish I’d paid the extra for a different hotel. No entertainment, no snacks, nothing that you could even pay for ie crisps, ice cream, lollies. All inclusive ended at 10pm. Way too early, we arrived late 10.20pm after having an hour delay at the departure airport and another 20 min stop on route to hotel, all we wanted was something to drink. We were offered a free drink each by the young man on reception. Room was small, but clean and comfortable apart from lumpy pillow room 104, this needs changed. Pool view room which was nicer than the back rooms. I found the pool cold but nice once you were in. Only 20 beds round pool, and shaded a lot of the time until the sun moved over hotel, so if you want the sun all day, it’s not gonna happen. Staff worked really hard, the young boys never stopped, sometimes being spoken to quite nastily, or it sounded like that, did witness a few heated discussions or arguments, raised voices. The BOSS, I found came across as very patronising and so so fake. He would be better not trying to look like he’s interested in some of the guests, ie myself!! Food wasn’t the best at all, pasta rice chicken and meatballs everyday. I suppose for the price we paid all in all it was better than being at work!! HOT WATER (Rammo) we loved you! Ali you were great too.

We were sent to this hotel by love holidays and it wasn’t good,there was nothing to do at all but on the hotel description there’s to lounge entertainment,snack bar which there wasn’t it was clean but tiny balcony not fit for 3 adults which there was,I don’t blame the staff I blame love holiday’s

Here now and I can’t wait to go home. We were out here by love holidays. Rooms are basic but cleaned. The beds hurt you by day 3. I’m in agony. Food is always salad and catered for Russians and Germans. We’ve ate out loads and not even attempted breakfast. Staff are lovely yet the manager is not so great. Friendly to people but unkind to the cats. There’s nothing to do unless you go out. Close to a few restaurants and shops. There’s too much shade in the hotel and not enough sunbeds. The efes on all inclusive is probably the best. Pool hardly gets used as it’s too cold as there’s hardly any sun on it. There’s always something to eat and drink and the rooms are cleaned. Would definitely not be back.
