1. parking garage did not have adequate room for car, was dark without adequate lighting, exit sign was placed incorrectly and signs follow an infinite circle
2. when i booked through *******, i called the hotel regarding early check in, and the hotel edited my reservation check in at 3pm. when we arrived at 2:30, the hotel said the room was not ready and to come an hour later. at 3:30pm, we came again and they said they were not ready and to come again at 4pm. at 4pm, the hotel said that because my reservation was a suite, it would require more time to clean. when i asked for the manager, the manager was extremely rude and said she would go ahead to ask housekeeping and housekeeping said no one told them to clean my suite. i was able to check in at 4:45pm, all because the front desk did not notify housekeeping and had horrendous customer service, ultimately making the customer (me) unsatisfied.
