Più che un hotel sembrava un prigione. In generale a**osfera che ti dava una sensazione di fastidio e per niente sembrava di essere in Giordania. La maggior parte degli ospiti poco “eleganti”. Hotel pronto a punirti per ogni minimo errore: non ritorni le card degli asciugamani ? 10 JOD. Nessun acqua gratis data in camera (2€ a bottiglia). Late check out ? 50 JOD per ora (con la reception che 2 ore prima del check out inizia a chiamarti per ricordare di lasciare la camera). Valet parking aggressivi ogni volta che arrivavi ed erano 2 JOD a botta. E ciliegina sulla torta: una “bellissima” intossicazione alimentare presa nel ristorante dell’hotel.

房間裏有很濃的消毒水味，有點像游泳池的…進酒店行李都要過安檢，説是吃的不允許帶，所以吃喝都在酒店，價格和約旦景區差不多～
沒有芯片衹能“劃”的信用卡沒法用，好在接受美元現金付款…
酒店感覺挺度假風的，有無邊泳池和專門的家庭泳池（帶娃），死海漂浮私人沙灘還有專人給抹死海泥和沖洗，記得帶泳衣和拖鞋！

酒店泳池很漂亮，但房間門鎖有問題！怎麼用力都打不開，被關門外2次，服務態度也很不好，如果不給小費他們理都不理你，房間這麼貴的酒店也沒人帶路就指個方向自己找！7點海灘和泳池都關了，房間老舊且不乾淨，我懷疑床上有蟲子，因為半夜被癢醒我以為是蚊子，就把空調調到19°讓自己不因為熱跑到被子外面，但起來身上還是被咬了很多這樣的包而且擦了葯好久都沒好！有毒的蟲子！

The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The hotel itself was top-notch, offering luxurious amenities and excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The spa and wellness facilities were exceptional, especially the unique experience of floating in the Dead Sea.

A problem occurred when the hotel arrived. The reservation was different from the trip.com . We booked meals for children. The hotel says there are no meals for children, but the hotel gave us meals without paying money because it says the reservation is how it came from the trip

Nice hotel. Based on other reviews a bit sceptical but overall nice hotel.
Location and facilities are great. Hotel itself is also luxury but can use some maintenance (small things but for a 5 star resort you would expect it to be perfect).

Good location but services was very slow , shower was horrible , low pressure , hot and cold every minute. Towels are super old ( motel towel will be nicer ).
Only good about Dead Sea location.

The mud service was great for my husband but not available to women. It also wasn’t clear that it was free. The room was changed after one night we complained because we paid for a sea view and only got a partial sea view.
