We love the stay and the service over there. The apartment is so spacious and even have a mini golf course for my son to play .. it is an awesome experience and a great deal to stay there and pay at such affordable rates, too good to be true.

A lovely large and clean apartment (Cosmo 402) in a very convenient location. Close to Shizuoka station north exit, Tullys just downstairs, Ichiran & other eats very nearby and near departmental stores. Great for family of 4. The instructions provided to find the reception were clear and helpful. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they transported our luggage to the apartment while we wandered around the area. There was a large bath tub and sink. Amenities provided were also good, good hotel standard. Small minor points were the lack of counter space to put toiletries, and a flight of stairs to lug the luggage down. Highly recommended.

Check in was smooth and even though the hotel was slightly further out from the reception, the hotel staff transported our baggage there for us. The staff were very lovely and kind. They even gave us ¥1000 coupons to use around the shopping district which we appreciated very much. Room was spacious and clean, with good amenities. Only issue we had was that the room we were in, the water could not maintain its pressure and heating; and it took a long time to fill up the bath tub. Other than that, we had a lovely stay in Shizuoka and will likely return again.

Starting with the pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff who tried their best even if it’s not easy for them to communicate in English and we don’t understand Japanese. - Good location in a walkable distance from both Shizuoka station and Shin-Shizuoka station. Endless choice of restaurants and many shops around. - Spacious room, with separate living area with tatami. The negative: - Below standard cleanliness for any hotel I’ve stayed in in Japan. Mold was starting to build in the grout in the bathroom and spider webs on the ceiling. - There was a faint but constant smell of sewers in the room, despite the multiple air filters and diffusers that were already installed. - It was a surprise to me that it’s not a conventional hotel. The rooms are scattered across several buildings. This was not a problem in itself but it was very difficult to find the entrance to the reception lobby, which was located in the basement level of a separate building. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the stay. At this price point, I expected much better attention to details and cleanliness.

大人２人、子供４人で２泊３日で「政豊」に宿泊。他の口コミにもあるようにフロントの場所が分かりずらい。内装の見た目は最高。ただ３階まで階段なので足が悪い方は注意。潔癖症ではないがリビングのブラインド、スピーカー等に誇りが目立つ。そして２日目の午前７時前に断水に気付く。ショックでした。緊急対応に連絡すると「貯水槽が溜まるまで30分くらいお待ちください」と、寝起き声の担当者が慣れた感じで説明。しょっちゅう断水するんだと直感。断水なんて海外かよ！と思いながら30分弱で復旧しましたが納得できませんでした。２日目の夜９時過ぎに、お風呂に入っている途中でお湯が出なくなり、またもやショック！ 緊急対応に何度も連絡するが、一切つながらないし折り返しの連絡もありませんでした。１時間弱でお湯が復活しましたが納得の行くものではありませんでした。 宿泊施設で普通のことがままならない施設ですのでどうかと思います。 是非、改善を求めます。

3度目の利用でしたが、変わらぬ快適さでした。今回初めて泊まった201の部屋も浴室やちょっとしたパターエリア、ハンギングチェア他、設備の充実は本当に素晴らしかったです。チェックイン前のお昼にご当地の美味しい鰻を堪能した後に、ほど近い伊勢丹デパ地下で買い出しての部屋夜御飯も楽しく、妻と両母４人で広々とした部屋で家さながらにリラックスできました。^_^
