It’s an amazing place to enjoy in Shimla . Everything is good about the place… neat and clean rooms, scrumptious food n lovely ambiance. They also customize food as per your kid’s taste. Ms Sangeeta Negi been very helpful towards us and all staff members are very polite.

The pillows were very soft and the breakfast was really awesome ,the room service was also very quick and good.watching YouTube on tv from the bed and sitting on the sofa was really comfortable.the soap and the shampoo in the bathroom was also very good.we never had a stay so good.

This was our second visit to Shimla and we have chosen snow valley for our stay.We are welcomed with welcome drink on arrival and the reception staff is very friendly and helped us to manage a cab for our sight seen.The room was very comfortable and our happiness becomes more when we saw the view from the room it was amazing. Miss Pushpa from housekeeping is very cooperative and attended us very well every time.The food is also good u can enjoy the view from dinning as well.It was nice trip to Shimla and will send our family and friends for sure to visit this place once

We stayed at Snow Valley Heights (Shimla) for 2 days. Our booking was well managed by Yachana Sharma. Since we were new to Shimla, we sought help from Yachana to plan our 2 days visiting popular places and local sightseeing. Yachana was helpful in every way, right from check-in, experiencing a comfortable stay and referring us to a good local cab service. Thank you Yachana :) Great job 👍 Regards, Neville

The rooms are spacious good neat and clean with a very good view of airport and hills . The staff is good and helpful. The food is delicious and the roof top sitting during night time was one of the different thing which makes u feel very relaxed after your full day tiredness .

The stay was excellent ***** with the food.Room service was provided time to time and vey fast as well.Housekeeping staff is very polite and respond to our request promptly.The property is very well maintained and clean.The service staff is very fast and all our request are delivered very fast. The best part of the hotel is they are having a enough parking space with valet parking service which makes us tension free all the time.Thanks for the lovely stay .

This property is amazing with all modern facilities and the staff is also very good . The food was delicious and served on time . The rooms were neat and clean. The stay was hassle free with amazing facilities and would recommend this property for a perfect stay in Shimla.

Lovely stay at snow valley.We enjoyed our stay the place is so clean and well maintained by the team.The room with excellent view is value for money.The staff is very helpful in all manner .Must visit once if u are coming to Shimla.Thanks for the lovely stay......❤️❤️❤️❤️
