We have booked a suit which was full of dust upon check in. Bathroom door got locked with my niece inside and we have to call maintenance staff to break the lock. Bathrooms were smelling a lot and in middle of night we had to shift to another room. Next day morning we have check out and our refund claim is in process

Property is very far away from mall road Shimla about 8 kms They charge for pick up& drop to mall road very exorbitant price 2000/- Breakfast just average as compared to other hotels of similar prices Rooms are decent neatly cleaned . Overall an average experience

Beautiful property. staff is very professional and well trained. Room's are very neat and clean. food is delicious. biggest plus point ofbthe was it's infinity indoor pool. which is just be doneith family. Special Thanks for Preetika, Neetikka , Kamlesh Manager and warmed welcome. we would love to visit again in future.

An imposing structure, well appointed rooms, a welcoming feeling and vibe, spacious valley view rooms, great food and prompt service, stunning rooftop views plus courteous and smiling staff…all rolled into one. Recommended for lasting memories.

The property is quite good and the amenities too. Staffs are very amicable esp. Ms. Sheetal, who also guided us about the city. We took the premium room and it was worthy enough to pay for it. It’s a little far from centre but anyways you will need a vehicle in Shimla.

Very Good place, Rooms are clean and Tidy and Views of whole shimla are good...Special mention about Chef Sunny, GSA sheetal, Mr Anil, Mr Dharmesh (Restaurant manager) needed appreciation for their HOSPITALITY N SERVICES. Overall Very satisfied.

Location of the hotel is at perfect and central point from where you can approach all side quickly. The hospitality is excellent, rooms are just perfect, clean, spacious, internet- speed, food very nice and do have very good guide for nearby site toor.
