The Relyn Suite

Approach road is so narrow .... Also a bit outside the city

It's a very clean property, spacious rooms with huge windows with views. The staffs are very polite and respectful. The food is also very tasty and that too at a reasonable rate. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was horribly dirty and completely unhygienic. The food served was just as bad – definitely not safe to eat. On top of that, the staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no mobile network at all, and the WiFi wasn’t working either. When we asked for help, the hotel manager sarcastically told us to stand in front of the road if we wanted any signal! Absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s not worth the money or the headache. Also, MakeMyTrip is equally responsible for this

the hospitality was awesome and the cooperative staffs with fabulous foods with neat and clean room

Good hotel but location not good. Very difficult to reach. Staff is good..Away from police bazar, no lift

One of the great stays in shillong with clean washrooms and decent cozy rooms, staff were also very nice and humble, value for money

Very pleasant stay, good selection of food items, terrace amenities are good, and since it’s top on a mountain with good view

It was great everything was nice just two areas need improvement. 1. The pool needs to be cleaned. 2. The menu prices can be revised.

Not the best location, the road leading to is also too narrow😰
