Polo Towers, Shillong

Nice hotel and staff

We had a relaxing stay at this hotel (3 nights, Premier room). Clean room, with the city view, very clean towels and bed linens, equipped bathroom with hot water (early evening to late mornings). TV (didn’t use, however). The restaurant TRING TRING is spacious and the buffet for dinner and breakfast were well spread with good selections. The restaurant services were handled exceptionally well by the floor manager Ravi - with his sincere and courteous service; ever smiling and always there when the guests need help! Overall, the staff at the hotel (restaurant, service / housekeeping, front desk etc) have been very well trained - all were very courteous, ready to help all the time! The location is great. Very close to market area, shops closeby. Traffic sound at night could be a bit of botheration at night, sometimes….)

Clean and well-maintained rooms with very professional staff. The service was smooth throughout, and even during my 4 AM checkout, they kindly packed breakfast for me. The location is convenient, and the WiFi speed was good. A great experience at Hotel Polo Towers.

Vice property. Staffs were courteous, helpful. Meals were wonderful. Had pleasant stay.

Very good property, high level of hospitality, delicious food, hygiene and clean rooms

We had the most enjoyable family vacation at Polo Towers Shillong. The location is extremely convenient, the rooms were extremely well decorated. Service was excellent. Doris at Front Office was etremely approachable and friendly. The overall vibe, cleanliness and prompt service was extremely welcoming. Would love to go back again.

Superb. Felt at home. Lovely staff. Excellent service. Lovely rooms. Very classy and European. Suits my taste. Fantastic food and drinks in Tring Tring.

My stay with Polo Towers has been amazing. The service is very up to mark. My family also enjoyed the stay. The hosts in their own restaurant were kind and helpful. We found the food very suitable, they have good options within multiple cuisines. They have loads of other amenities too like gym and spa. I could not avail them due to my packed schedule, I hope to visit in future.
