Very happy with the hotel. The staff were super friendly. The room was very clean and the service was wonderful. The location is nine minutes way from the stone forest by car.

The room was comfortable and the AC worked great. I enjoyed the large balcony. Unfortunately the carpet had many stains on it such that I didn’t want to be barefoot in the room. The water pressure and got water were great. The stars at night from the balcony were clear as the light from the hotel didn’t block them out.

A very nice hotel. Good location, delicious food, friendly staff. You can relax in the pool. Highly recommended.

The hotel was more than sufficient for a stay close to the stone forest area. The room was a little old, but all in all a good stay. The staff were very helpful

低分不是沒有道理的 預訂頁面贈送石林景區接送 ，結果去前台被告知沒有接送服務，電話跟前台核實也説的含糊其辭 我説我通話有錄音前台直接一個字不説了，怎麼問都沒反應。而且前台一直想讓我取消攜程訂單直接在前台付款 説會安排房間。千萬不要聽前台忽悠，一旦有什麼問題自己的權益得不到保障 酒店衹會推辭，幸虧我衹退了一天 攜程已經協助處理，並且也投訴將通話錄音訂單截圖都提交昆明政府熱線 處理問題的效率也很快。

雲南十日遊，住的最差的酒店，大幾百近千元的費用，酒店老破舊，花灑壞的無法洗澡，洗手池水管子滴滴答答流了一晚上水，前台電話很難打通，叫了服務員説的維修人員都休息了，地毯上都是垃圾黑一塊白一塊，燒水壺很久沒擦過了很臟，浴袍破破爛爛的，浴巾也是破破爛爛的，門把手上也都是臟臟的，水杯也是臟臟的，整個體驗感極差！極差！！極差！！

酒店亮點，距離石林景區入口非常近，可以在石得利博物館附近的大門進去。酒店前台服務有待升級，酒店散客少，早晨吃飯糰客將歺廳搞的亂七八糟 ，衞生服務跟不上，衹能自己收拾個位坐下！

酒店在石林景區邊上，不過地圖導航的路不能進（員工通道），還得繞行四公里去遊客中心，再乘電瓶車（或步行）兩三公里進景區大門。

體驗感極差 前台人員態度很不好 房間衞生不值預訂的價格 衞生很差也是第一次遇到這種衞生的 枕頭都發黃成那樣了還拿出來使用 床墊全是污點
