A good greeting by a receptionist who was charming. The room was comfortable, the lobby inviting. No problem with the hotel straddling a main road, but others may object.
The breakfast itself and the arrangement was pretty dire. The coffee machine is just not suited to a motel, too fussy, and takes too long. The breakfast bar is way too long, and not logically arranged. The cereal options are dire. The room itself is dim, gloomy, even on a beautiful morning.
The hotel itself is looking tired, and is in need of an upgrade

checked in at 3p, had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room hadn’t been cleaned. when we finally got to our room, it was very dirty. there was some random person’s pajamas in the bathroom, dust and hair on almost every surface. the sheets were stained. booked the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was full of hair and soap scum. clearly wasn’t cleaned at all. also had black mold on the grout in the corner. had housekeeping come back and clean it again, but it was still not very clean. we didn’t even end up using the jacuzzi, so paid extra for nothing. literally had to go to the store and buy cleaning wipes to make the room decently clean. staff was pleasant to deal with and apologized, but nothing else was done about the poor quality of the room. more than likely won’t stay here again.

I called Sheridan's BW before making reservation re: Accessibility and my mother needing walk-in, yes she could with her limited walking ability. No more requirements were mentioned. We ended up with a tall tub, dirty grout in a room without any windows to daylight across the busy street from breakfast. It was totally unacceptable. We cancelled that day and found other accommodations. It was a three night stay and after repeated calls they refused to refund any of the $500 cost. The hotel we found said they get similar complaints from customers of BW's poor customer service. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Housekeeping very friendly, staff at the desk, consistently save one, rude.

Comfortable, older style with both doors that access outside and the hall for pets. They didn’t advertise the pet fee until I arrived and then too late to cancel. Others don’t add fees. Close to lots of food choices.

Nice lobby. Rooms were just ok. We. Stayed in a pet friendly room and clearly other pets had accidents as there was a lingering smell.

Our room was dirty and there was no blanket on the bed, no soaps, no bath mat, only a couple of towels. Overall it was disgusting, we spent one night and checked out the next morning, we had booked it for 3 nights.

A fifty year old motel which looks as if its not been updated in those fifty years. The smell in the hallways is dreadful
