Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance in Shenzhen, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the day of my departure, the hospitality and warmth extended by the staff, particularly Cherry and Olina, made my stay truly memorable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Cherry and Olina with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident as she efficiently checked me in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What impressed me the most about both Cherry and Olina was their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They consistently displayed a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, making me feel like a valued guest. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile, and their genuine interest in ensuring that I had a memorable stay was evident in every interaction. Moreover, the rest of the hotel staff also demonstrated the same level of hospitality and friendliness. The housekeeping staff maintained my room impeccably, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service and delectable culinary offerings. The Renaissance Shenzhen itself is a stunning property with elegant decor, well-appointed rooms, and top-notch amenities. The comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and modern conveniences provided a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were also maintained to a high standard. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Shenzhen's major attractions and business districts. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant cityscape or indulge in the local culinary scene, everything was within reach. In conclusion, my stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding hospitality of Cherry and Olina. Their warm and attentive service, along with the rest of the staff, created a welcoming and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Good locaton, next with metro station. Very good service, and clean room.

This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

I had a fantastic weekend at the Renaissance hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Will be recommending to my friends!

Second stay in a week. We love this hotel even though we were given a slightly smaller room this time and the aircon was not as cold as the previous room. Will be back soon!

The room is immaculate, service is world class. I love staying at Renaissance. Special thanks to Tracy and Brook for the hospitality, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay is top notch. My one and only stay every Shenzhen trip.

Although the check-in required a bit of wait due to delays caused by CNY movement, the room itself was clean, spacious and modern with a fantastic view of the center. Though short, it was a worth the money.
