11/27入住房間的空間很大，雖然酒店有些老旧，但不影響住宿的性價比，唯一缺點是早餐是外叫的，說好11/28上午8點送餐，但是到了8:15還沒有來，理由是外叫的早餐還沒有送過來，前台的小姐一付事不關己的態度，讓人感覺不舒服，因為趕時間只好先行離開，訂房故意訂了含早餐的費用，算是白花錢

定的單間，凌晨五點入住，前台幫忙升級成了親子房，所謂親子房，就是在單人房的基礎上，加了一個一米二的小床，房間總體比較大，衞生間很大，但是沒有馬桶套，浴巾沒消毒，沒洗凈，房間浴巾衹有一套，凌晨5點入住，被要求下午4點退房，加時費在30/小時

我們一行人在深圳傑豪皇庭酒店連續住了4個晚上，大家都很滿意，衞生很乾凈，前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務很好。還有免費的自助洗衣機。房間價格也很公道。離深圳福永地鐵站也很近，非常便利。

房間衞生環境設施都很好，價格親民。住宿的感覺很不錯。交通方便，旁地鐵口比較近，酒店比較大，有免費的停車場。

這個酒店住過很多次了，一直感覺不錯，對的起這個價格。這次確實是讓人無語。凌晨入住，上午10點多起來辦公才發現，商務桌上都是食物殘渣，完全沒有打掃，打電話前台反饋，回覆支支吾吾沒個態度，我以為很快就有人來處理，沒想根本沒有人來。又打前台電話，説客房幹嘛幹嘛去了，要等會來打掃。從頭到尾都沒有一句抱歉的話。這次客房倒是馬上就來了，我也已經收拾好，準備退房走，客房進來房間，確認了問題，但也沒有一句抱歉的話，到前台退房，前台一樣的態度，問過了，是新來的，啥都不懂。這種服務行業的態度，真的讓人無語。不得不聯想懷疑床上用品是否有更換過，不得不給差評

房間很大，床也大，住着很舒服，性價比也高，雖然裝修老氣一些，但是對得起這個價格，交通也挺方便，離機場也不遠。
