Personnel didn't speak any English at all. Impossible to communicate considering western apps don't work. I dropped something on the floor and I had the bad luck to look under the bed. Gross.

Super clean and kind staff. Close from metro station (nanshan metro station) nearby lots of shops for lunch/dinner. Quite. I love it :-)

沒有窗的房間很悶，很潮濕，而且噴的香水味道很大！暈暈的！
最離譜的是房間的所有插頭都是鬆動壞的，超級不方便。
整體就是很舊衞生很差。

根本不是我訂的房間，去前台問只說沒有房了，連乾濕分離廁所也沒有，地氈全是污垢，隔音極差，半夜給外頭經過的人吵醒
