The hotel has an amazing location, it's in the center and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The service was good, the reception staff has an audio translator from English to Chinese which is great. The room itself was very spacious and well equipped, with an AC, huge TV and a comfy bed. All the toiletries were top notch. There were 2 minor problems - the room smelled of smoking and cigarettes and I the floors were still wet from cleaning when I arrived
Btw, the WI Fi was excellent which is rate! 50 mbps download speed and stable Zoom calls! EXTRA points for that

The hotel is excellent, high standard of cleanliness, and the treatment at reception is very kind, attentive and even though we don't know how to speak Chinese, they use a device that allows us to say what we need and clarify all our doubts quickly and clearly. The room is quiet, comfortable and with all our needs met, it has all hygiene products (toothbrushes, cap and hair comb, shampoo, liquid soap and even laundry). The breakfast is varied and delicious. It is very pleasant, spacious and comfortable, we were so comfortable that we felt as if we were in our own home!

Besides location very convenient. Others is a no no, rooms and bathroom very dorty. Lift and rooms stinks.

My stay at Maker Hotel exceeded expectations. Sleek design, spacious rooms, and attentive staff made for a perfect business trip. The conference facilities were top-notch. Will definitely return!

I have stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and it was an excellent choice at that time, so when I came back to shenzhen after all these years this hotel was my first choice, im glad that I have found the service even better than before, condition of rooms is also perfect now.
This hotel is your perfect choice if you're willing to stay in the heart of the electronic market in Shenzhen.
I'm travelling back to China in the next few months and this hotel will be my first choice to stay in.
I would also personally thank all the staff for their sincere willingness to help their guests.

The room that we booked via Trip.com is kind of small. Might not fit BIG luggages. The room come with IPTV so one must know how to operate. We are Chinese and speak Pu Tong Hua so no wifi password is given as front desk assume we have wetchat with local number and able to connect. Too bad we using eSIM, not wifi for us initially. We finally settled the wifi issue. For those Chinese folks who is not main land Chinese, please ask the Wifi set up at front desk. Other than this small hiccup, all others is fine. Location wise it is just across Line2/7 HuaChiang Bei and exit 1 will bring you to the hotel.
