It is quite convenient place for staying in Shenzhen, just near to electronics market, downstairs have alot of food shops , cooperative staff , worker staff no 10 lady is very cooperative. Even can delay the checkout time

It is a converted office building but the room layout is excellent for the price. I did have to wait 20 minutes for receptionist, there was a number but I didnt have a local phone number to call it. The room was nice, location is close to Electonics city which is nice for traders.

It’s called Executive but there was nothing “executive” about these apar**ents. The apar**ent is tired in appearance and very basic in amenities. The bed was like seeping on a hardwood box, pillow very cheap. Towels clean and fresh. There is also a small kitchenette with stove and fridge, but not one piece of cutlery or plate or pan to enable its use. Very disappointed with our stay, although the staff were helpful and did their best to help where they could

The room is spacious and convenient. Cleaning service daily and fine. The kitchen is lacking basic amenities. No plates, silverware or cooking supplies.

離燕南地鐵站A出口非常近，交通出行，購物美食都很方便。前台服務不錯，搞衞生阿姨也好。就是房間的設施一般般，浴巾爛了都不換還給客人用，被子也是破的，還很黃，這個實在很難接受。電視台看不了，要收錢，全是點播的項目。其他都不錯，除了衞生間小點，也能接受吧。好評是給前台服務的。

今次是再次入住此商務酒店，首先是前枱的客務服人员8号小姐姐，一如继往，服务态度殷勤亲切。
在房间内發现一张白色沙发，感觉换然一新。
在开电视時，原来是关了總制，在詢問下，才找到位置，期後未能个电视遙控未能使用，再次詢問，不过五分钟，8号小姐姐便到房间，並且解决了问题。
在此感谢8号小姐姐的幫忙，雖则說是她的工作，可是並非每所酒店的人员都抱着此服务态度及效率。
