Nice and clean hotel. Conveniently located near to shopping, eatery and metro.
Front desk staffs are nice and attentive.
Breakfast is above average.

Hotel was clean and tidy, good location for a short trip to North Shenzhen. The breakfast food choices was also good, there was western and Asian choices. A great bonus is that we were able to checkin at 12pm since we took and early train to Shenzhen and wanted to rest a bit before evening activities.

The Nico service attitude at the front desk is very good, very warm, the hotel facilities are relatively perfect, the shopping mall is nearby, it is also very convenient, the next stay will be preferred here!

Our package was with a afternoon tea set but we checked in too late ... missed.
The hotel gave us a fruit basket and some sweets instead. My girls loved them.
The tourist advices are good and clear. Recommended.
