Service and housekeeping are excellent. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Location is a bit far from metro station. Breakfast food is too oily and about the same everyday. Overall a pleasant stay.

酒店獨特的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，一杯温熱得紅棗茶，正是我所需要的。前台人員無微不至的關心，耐心專業的講解周邊景點和美食，酒店房間的免費項目也很多 太貼心了!真心不錯，真的入住了左右客讓人感受到其他酒店沒有的感覺很踏實!酒店對面有辦公樓，四周安靜、不吵鬧。房間沒有異味，衞生弄得很乾凈，一根頭髮一粒灰塵都沒有，特別適合處女座住。早餐有牛腩麪、餛燉、炒米粉、紅薯等。一家三口選了雙床房，房間還有送的飲品，體驗很贊！下次來深圳玩還會考慮，希望多給點優惠。

裝修風格運用大量的竹製品，整體偏自然田園風，是讓人輕鬆愉悦的感覺。裝修挺新的，室內整潔，距離地鐵站走路大概15分鐘。前台服務熱情周到，早餐種類比較簡單。周邊超市餐飲美甲美容等等，都可以輕鬆找到，屬於居民生活區域。

前台服務員服務到位，我們網上訂的時候，送一張早餐券，然後前台服務小帥哥免費幫我升級房間，還多送我一張早餐券。
因為沒有去吃早餐，所以沒能及時做出評價！

住了最高樓層的套房，窗外的景色很不錯， 房間很安靜，步行一段距離就可以去公園散步，服務也很細心，入住期間有消防測試，專門反覆提醒我，還提供了耳塞。下次還會來。
