ZTL Hotel Shenzhen

The hotel is clean and comfortable but just one not very statified which is there didn’t provide body lotion,by the way hotel location is good nearby a lot of food store and shopping mall good for tourist.

This hotel is clean, the room has a beautiful view, it is a very good hotel.

Easy to find fun the subway. The location is very good but I don't think it's worth the price I paid for, around £49.00 which is about 515.00RMB. Quick attentive staff, checked in really late at night, did give me a room in a quiet area but you can hear a lot of noise during the morning with their routine morning cleaning in other rooms, bed was hard, hygiene needs improvement; side lamb had stains, the toilet basin leaks water, sink around the inner edge were dirty and only noticed by looking back at the mirror, hot water in the shower was really nice. Free bathrobe, slippers, bottle of water. Breakfast had really good choices and was very nice. For the price, I would choose somewhere else. For the convenience of the location I would recommend it. Staff at the front desk are all polite and attentive and allowed me to leave my bags until I returned.

Room size is quite big. And location is close to shopping area easy to eat. Staff service is good too.

The room is clean. Service attitude of Front desk is not too friendly. The breakfast is really bad. No choice. Comes plated with 2 over fried eggs, Chinese sausage n rubbery ham. The service staff are attired like it’s back to the 1970’s.

Nice location. The room was clean when I first checked in but the next night the housekeeper didn't clean as well as she should. There was still a lot of hair falling out. Probably not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. I stayed on the 5th floor. At night, there was noise all the time and also music. If people who have difficulty sleeping do not recommend staying here because you can barely sleep, you need earplugs to help. There was some cigarette smell even though it was stated that smoking was prohibited on the accommodation floor but there was an ashtray placed in front of the elevator.

The room is spacious with strategic location , just walk down and there is plenty of restaurant there and the mrt station just right in front of the hotel ‘

Very good hotel，3 stars but 5 stars service n room ,perfect bed ,bright clean room,location superb..will certainly come back again

Place was good as in location near shopping mall and others wholesaler , sub station nearby .
