Atour Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Diwang)

1. Best location ! Very near laojie and railway station ! 2. Room very clean and bed and pillows are comfortable! 3. Receptionists are very professional and NanMu 楠木 provide great quality service! 4. Amenities are good and provide enough drinking water 5. We love that Atour help to keep our luggage when we check out.

Very excellent hotel with friendly staff Mr Luo Ming who check in for us and explained good details of the surrounding of the area for site visit. Besides, they give us a late check out at 2pm so that we could arrange our day afterwards. Definitely come back again for our next visit.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Nice hotel.Good choice for breakfast (even have open kitchen to cook soup noodles). The staffs were helpful and efficient (especially 蕭珊& the receptionist who worked on 20th Feb night). Approx 10min walk to KK mall.

It was a money-wasted stay in this hotel When we checked in, the receptionist told us there was an internet issue, but the TV and internet were fixed and would work in a few hours. after all, we found no refrigerator & even the AC is not working in the room, they sent us a dusty machine without cleaning it, which makes me extremely allergic!!!! the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! please don't book this hotel !!!

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

i always choose a tour hotel when i travelled in china, the staff is very nice & friendly, the room is also new , clean, modern.

The receptionist was not very professional, can’t resolve checkin issue, the team leader was escalating the issue unable to resolve problem, instead she asked me to cancel and book with other hotels due to some checkin admin issue they were not familiar with. Overall not satisfied with the cleanliness the room had very strong smoke smell, the ventilation and carpet is not great; the laundry room ironer looks so dirty; and the access ramp was so slippery for people to push the luggage’s when it was raining, slip and trip hazard. Don’t recommend to stay.

The hotel was very clean and newly renovated. I requested to check out late and they were very accommodating and extended 4 hours for free. Highly recommended.
