Good location with life access from hotel room level to Basement -2B MRT station with walking distance 30-40 meters. The front desk service staff all are good with answering all my needs during my 2 nights stayed. Ms ShiXia has helped me special request to late check out time to 4pm due to our late night flight. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back again when next visit Shenzhen.

Actually the hotel closed to metro Shaibu station exit A2 (the hotel lift can access to hotel),its very convenient & location not far away from shopping arcade

Hotel is at great location (Shaibu station) with few metro exit just steps away in front of the hotel. You can go Exit B for nearest access to the hotel lobby. Metro access also available at -B2 level where you can go up to the hotel lobby directly. Visit to Laojie shopping belt is just a short stroll down the street. Extremely convenient ! Opposite the hotel is the fresh food wet market. In the same hotel building, there is a wonderful Chinese restaurant on Level 3 that serves superb seafood dishes and Cantonese cuisines. Their roasted duck is their award-winning dish ! Must try. Overall a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Will come back again for sure.

Location is perfect, right above a metro station and short walk to the Old Street or Laojie. The room is more like a one bedded apartment with a spacious sitting room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us as much information as she could on check in and linked us to the hotel WeChat group for any assistance we might need. The only drawback was that cigarette smoke drifted into our room through the ventilation system and it bothered me quite a bit. I suppose it is a common issue in most Chins hotels and really nothing much can be done about it.

We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

The hotel is old but clean with proper maintenance on the facilities. The location is good for these needs to experience the local culture and foods. The overall experience is good for the stays. Will consider to come back or introduce to friends, especially for those plans to have a long stay.
