The COLI Hotel

De kamer is groot en de grootte van de suite is zeer bevredigend. De hygiëne is echter niet goed. Het tapijt en de bank hadden niet op tijd schoongemaakt mogen worden om de huisstofmijt te absorberen. Mijn huid is allergisch en veroorzaakt huiduitslag. Het bedcomfort is gemiddeld. Het is handiger om hier te blijven voor een concert. Het ligt op loopafstand van het Universiade Stadion. 20 minuten later kocht ik 's avonds medicijnen en kreeg te horen dat de robot het zou afleveren. Na lang wachten zeiden ze dat ik het verkeerde kamernummer had opgegeven, maar ik was verbaasd dat mijn kamernummer getoond kon worden toen ik de receptie van een vijfsterrenhotel belde.Ik was niet tevreden over deze service.

Toen ik naar de Universiade kwam om het concert van Chung Hanliang te bekijken, heb ik een hotel geboekt, op tien minuten lopen van de locatie, wat erg handig was. De algehele hotelomgeving is goed en de kamerfaciliteiten en hygiëne zijn bevredigend. De receptie gaf me een klein cadeautje en het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het voelt als een goede verblijfservaring en ik zal terugkomen als ik de kans krijg. Ik zal het ook aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden

My experience at the COLI Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, Manoj and Mika, as well as the Guest Service Center staff, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch; the state-of-the-art fitness center was perfect. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with luxury and convenience in mind. As for the food, it was a culinary delight. The chefs clearly have a passion for their craft, presenting a menu that was both innovative and delicious. Each meal was an adventure in taste, with fresh ingredients and beautifully plated dishes. Overall, my stay was delightful in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality travel experience in Shenzhen. It's great to hear you had such a wonderful time!

The Coli Hotel in Longang, Shenzhen China is outstanding! The rooms are large and the amenities are very good. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets are sumptuous! Everything from a traditional western style to asian foods are well prepared and nicely presented. Absolutely beautiful lobby. The gym is well appointed.  I was really surprised when I entered my room and found a very spacious and luxury room,The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows perfect,I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Chose this hotel due to location - 10mins walking distance to the Universiade Shenzhen Gymnasium stadium (for JacksonWang’s amazing concert!) but ended very impressed by hotel service - they helped with taxi booking (as I was unfamiliar with the DiDi app at first), very helpful to make sure I was clear how to find location to book cab wherever I went, ensured I had taxi ready for airport, housekeeping always making sure our amenities supplied are refilled and sufficient - truly lived up to hospitality standards!! Staff were always friendly and served with a smile. I will surely stay again. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the bathtub much. Love that their shower area, WC and bathtub are all clearly nicely separated too. Hygienic!

A very convenient location, a 10-15 mins walking distance away from 大運体肓館。 A 25 mins walk to metro station to join Shenzhen metro network. Room is comfortable with sufficient amenities.

Not like a 5star. Room have cig smell. V old furnishings.

The Coli is a huge hotel with open lobbies and large rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. I had a great stay and will return. My only complaint is that the non-smoking policy is not enforced. During my stay I encountered groups of people smoking in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The management should take this policy more seriously.

The hotel was a lot further out than I realised, and was a ¥200 yuan taxi ride to the airport. Otherwise it is beautiful and If you have the time or inclination to get out of the city for a day or two I thoroughly recommend! The staff don’t speak a lot of English but they do their best to be helpful. The pool on 6th floor is outside and beautiful, open until 9pm.
