The landlord is so helpful. The location not bad...near from MRT and grocery.

在深大站出口沿着樹陰大道步行去公寓大約10-15mins, 走平路帶行李也輕鬆。附近有超市，小食店，麥當勞，也很方便。
公寓樓下call 職員到4/F check in, 老闆親切友善。 要用房卡匙扣才可以按電梯上樓，感覺也安全。
房間複式有三張雙人床，適合大家庭入住。
唯一希望改善的是浴室可以加入上浴簾，以防洗澡後廁所地下全濕。
Budget apartment, 適合多人及旅遊短住。

今次真的很驚喜，起初有點擔心這個平宜的價錢，會否質量一般，一進到大堂已經覺得還不錯，高級乾淨，辦入住手續很快，店東人很好很熱情，上到房間真是心都亮了！性價比很高，很整潔，用品也一應俱全！
我們從香港來一家5口，一進房看到有小樓梯的房間都很開心（香港都是一層的公寓多）連很高要求的老公也覺得性價比高。
然後老公想看電視，發覺線路有問題，打電話去前台，前台阿哥上來看，然後就由前台搬一部電視來替換，真是辛苦了！
總括而言，今次的公寓是5顆星性價比滿分，不要要求好像香格里拉酒店的服務，人家才收你幾百塊一晚呢，人均消費來說真是perfect了！下次來南山區也一定訂這家！

入住心情極好，環境優雅高端大氣堪比5星酒店，交通生活便利，室內乾淨舒適整潔漂亮，出遊 親子活動要來這裏很是不錯的選擇，下次帶家人過來，由於出差都捨不得走啦，老闆人也好服務好，這個價格能住到這麼好的酒店 太太贊啦👏👏

位置有點偏離地鐵站有十多分鐘，公車路線不算方便，有共亨單車。附近餐廳選擇不多，便利店有幾間。服務和設施衹是一般，入住登記在4樓要拍卡才能上去，在大堂等7分鐘吧，衞生就差到不得了，冷氣機 冰箱 衣櫃好像都沒清理過，床單和被套應該沒換過，住過酒店和賓館的人都清楚，乾淨的床單被套可以看到對摺紋，而用過的就會起皺。第一次體驗公寓後都留有陰影了

我訂的是家庭房（住3人），不遠處就是深圳大學，晚上夜景不錯，是上下兩層的公寓樓，房間很寬敞、乾淨，還配有洗衣機、曬衣架，對於出門旅遊的人來説真是太方便了，有3個1.5的床，可以睡6個人，推薦，服務態度很好

水喉水壓非常小，不能洗澡洗乾淨。
下層的一間房間沒有空調，還好我問了服務台借到了一台風扇。
但是房間很舊很破爛，日久失修。
清潔方便也很差，到處也是塵埃。

這個很適合出差，長住，很適合一家人來住就跟自己家裡一樣住的很舒服環境衞生也不錯，旁邊就是深圳大學，樓下還有24小時便利店還有超市還有很多吃的店鋪，服務態度很好值得預訂，真心推薦👍👍
