Excellent customer service from Shawn, he worked hard to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had to book the villa option, but luckily they are only 2 mins away and it was nice to be in a quieter area.
We will be back again for sure.

The hotel's location was really good, right at the beach with an amazing view!
The room was really nice and everyone at the reception was lovely.
The view from the room was gorgeous and i definitely plan on visiting again.

Fantastic stay. Location is excellent, right next to a lovely beach. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helped us out with all of ours needs. We will definitely be returning in the future

It’s right in the beach and there are convenience stores around.
When I checked in they had a problem with my booking and I had to wait a while for them to fix it. I would have waited longer but I asked them if it was necessary for me to wait.
The waiter at the cocktail bar was still in training and didn’t seem to know how to make cocktails.
The swimming pools were beautiful and they had quad bikes to ride on the beach outsode.
Some of the swimming pools were closed but the ones that were open were more than enough.
Great surfing spot.

Just ok. There was sand on the floor on the room, the breakfast was limited. The staff was kind and helpful.

環境衞生還行，但是他們家的床太奇怪了，我以前去住都很正常，但是這次住山景房的床太坑了，居然短得我一個1.75米的人腳都懸出外麪！設施比較老舊不如周圍幾家！

這是我住過的酒店當中最爛最差的，性價比最差的，將近八百一晚要啥沒啥！拖鞋沒有，洗澡用品，廁所衞生紙沒有了也不提前更換。不值這個價，太坑了。服務太不到位，房間裏的東西都是最差的，陳舊老化了，大家去那邊玩住酒店的可千萬別被這個酒店網上的圖片給騙了。房間衞生間衞生都沒打掃就安排入住，太不地道了！到處臟兮兮的。

還行吧，孩子比較多，適合套房，就是暑假房價有點貴，然後在別墅區，房間在半山腰，要步行樓梯上去，晚上有點嚇人，樓梯上都是大蝸牛，還有小蛇，去沙灘要走幾分鐘的路，海邊也有餐飲店，好在沙灘人不多，除了沙子比較粗，其他都挺滿意

酒店環境一流，我們住的很開心，沙灘邊有好多天然的大樹，小朋友可以在樹下玩沙不怕曬，我們訂的是別墅的閣樓房，但前台幫我們升級了帶陽台的房間，太舒服了，還在衣架子在陽台可以曬衣服，我們住了兩晚才離開
