Service was so on point I booked on the day and I called in 2 hours prior to ask if they could help decorate. They delivered!! Got a free cake too. The receptionist called Anne Li was so so so nice and she even informed me that I left something at the hotel after I left. Best breakfast buffet and so many snacks / drinks throughout the day available. Will come back soon!

Our family of 4 took a quick staycation at The Langham and had a fantastic time- from the personalized check in to the very friendly staff we had a super time. Special mention to the extra care shown to us by Cora, Jeff and all the staff at the club lounge. Our son was celebrating his birthday and the staff made it extra special. Thanks Langham!

It is not near railway station and it takes you 20 minutes to walk to the nearby railway station. The environment inside the hotel is ok but the most unpleasant thing is the air conditioning is very very very weak inside the room, it is so uncomfortable esp. when summer time. You should highly consider if it is suitable to choose this hotel as an accommodation especially during summer time.

The room is outstanding with the bath size and little details over Easter. Perfect service with the front desk and great standard of English. Only thing is the gift shop not having enough items and the room have a little smell but the house keeping team immediately toke the air purifier and keep it in the room. Will stay again for sure.

The Langham is our favorite five star in Shenzhen, with perfect service, great rooms and a location that provides lots of access to nearby amenities. And the pool is perfect for a lazy family afternoon.

Good swimming pool and sauna, and very good breakfast. Cozy bed that I can deep sleep here without any sound of fan. The shower facilities are also nice that one can open both top down cascade and side spray in one time. A pleasant experience in Shenzhen Langham and will book again.
